You could find a new painting to go behind your sofa, buy some decorative orchids or succulents to accent the room where your new windows allow the light to flood in, or you could change up the paint color in your freshly done master bath and throw in some new towels to add the final touch! And for the exterior you can pick up all the supplies you need at your local home improvement and hardware store to add the final touches to the outside of your home.
